The hybrid is a mixture of training from your home and online, therefore providing all the benefits of in person training while aiming to minimize some of the risks with less exposure.

Customized Online Coaching

Online training provides all of the benefits of a personalized training program from the comfort of your own home. I will customize your online training to include whichever elements (personal training, yoga and nutrition coaching) you would like in order for you to better reach your fitness goals.

Monthly online training which offers individual customized coaching for making progress towards your fitness goals – Learn doable nutrition strategies, strengthen your fitness levels and or your yoga practice. Coaching is completely customized to you and your goals. Move and feel better after 4 weeks!

Individual Session – Looking to start off with a single session before you commit to a full month of training. With a single session you’ll get a feel of how the classes work, and see all the benefits that a coach can offer you. Then you can decide if you’d like to commit to monthly training.

You’ll get the in person training from your home with quarantine precautions taken as much as possible. Because COVID-19 numbers are currently high in MA, masks must be worn by both myself and clients. When numbers lower I will revisit this decision.

One Person Personal Training From Your Home – Train from the comfort of your home with individualized and customized personal training (yoga instruction is also available). Coaching is tailored to your goals and current activity level.

Two Person Personal Training From Your Home – Train from the comfort of your home with individualized and customized personal training (yoga instruction is also available). Coaching is tailored to both your goals and current activity level.

The hybrid is a mixture of training from your home and online, therefore providing all the benefits of in person training while aiming to minimize some of the risks with less exposure.

The hybrid coaching which is a mixture of in person and online, is only available for those who buy a package of sessions for in person training. It is a great way to get in one more session at a time that is convenient for you.
